Timimus (meaning "Tim's Mimic") is a coelurosaur (a small, lightweight carnivore with slender legs) from Early Cretaceous Dinosaur Cove, Australia. Only leg bones of an adult and a juvenile have been found. When Timimus was first classified, it was classified as an ornithomimid. It was found by Patricia Vickers-Rich and Thomas Rich. They also found the first Leaellynasaura fossils.
